Медицинские документы иностранного обучающегося / Medical documents of a foreign student

If a foreign citizen has failed to fulfil the obligation to undergo mandatory state dactyloscopic registration, photographing and (or) medical examination, the issue of reducing the period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation will be considered in respect of such a foreign citizen. In this case, the foreign citizen is obliged to leave the territory of the Russian Federation.


Green card (medical part):

●        When: within 90 calendar days from the date of entry.

●        What to take with you: passport, copy of 1 page of passport (2 pcs), migration card; registration document.

●        Where to:

Step 1 - AIDS Centre: Yaroslavl, Oktyabrya Ave. 71 (entrance No. 2):

  • opening hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Wed, Thurs - from 7:00 to 11:30; Fri - from 7:00 to 9:00

  • what you need to do: to get a form for registration, to give blood for HIV

Step 2 - Regional Clinical Tuberculosis Hospital’ Yaroslavl, ul. 24 Sobinova St., Yaroslavl (fluorography room):

  • opening hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Wed, Thurs, Fri - from 8:00 to 16:00

  • what you need to do: perform an X-ray examination (fluorography), take the document with the result.

Step 3 - Regional Clinical Tuberculosis Hospital’ Yaroslavl, ul. 43, Sobinova Street, Yaroslavl:

  • opening hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Wed, Thurs, Fri - from 8:00 to 16:00

  • what you need to do: perform an X-ray examination (fluorography), take the document with the result.

Step 4 - Regional Dermatovenerological Hospital’. Yaroslavl, Tutaevskoe shosse, 95 A:

  • opening hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Wed, Read, Fri - from 7:00 to 16:00

  • what you need to do: bring the form, be examined by a dermatovenerologist, take a nasal swab for leprosy, take a blood test for syphilis.

Step 5 (the next day) - Regional Dermatovenerological Hospital’, Yaroslavl, 95 A Tutaevskoe Shosse (office 17 and 17a):

  • opening hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Wed, Read, Fri - from 14:00 to 16:30

  • what you need to do: pick up the results and the form.

Step 6 - AIDS Centre: Yaroslavl, Oktyabr'ya Ave. 71 (entrance No. 2):

  • opening hours: Mon, Wed, Wed, Wed, Read, Fri - from 13:00 to 16:00

  • what you need to do: hand in the form, get a medical report on the presence (absence) of diseases that pose a danger to others.

Step 7 - Yaroslavl Regional Clinical Narcological Hospital’, Yaroslavl, 71 Oktyabrya Ave. (room 104):

  • opening hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Wed, Read, Fri - from 8:00 to 15:00

  • what you need to do: to be examined by a psychiatrist-narcologist, to take the document about the examination.


Green card (dactyloscopy part)

●        When: immediately after receiving a Medical Report on the presence (absence) of diseases that pose a danger to others.

●        What to bring: passport (original and copy); migration card (original); migration registration (original); results of medical examination (original and copy).

●        Where to: Passport and Visa Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Yaroslavl, 16 Polushkina Roshcha St., p. 51.

●        After passing the procedure of state fingerprint registration and photographing, a foreign citizen is issued a document in the form of a card with an electronic data carrier.


Medical insurance

●        When: immediately after registration at the place of stay.

●        What to bring: passport (original and copy); migration registration (original).

●        Where to: information on issuing the policy at the intermediary company or at the dean's office of the International Faculty on the stand.


Medical examination (086/u)

●        When: by order of the Dean of the International Faculty within the established deadlines.

●        What to bring: passport (original and copy), voluntary health insurance policy, plastic container with urine, plastic container with faeces.

●        Where to: Centre of paid services of the Russian Railways Hospital, Yaroslavl, 29/33 Kudryavtseva St.

●        After the results of the procedure a 086/u certificate is issued for admission to full-time education.
