Дополнительный прием иностранных граждан / Additional admission
В соответствие с п.п. 125, 126 и разделом XIV «Особенности проведения дополнительного приема» Правил приема на обучение по образовательным программам высшего образования - программам бакалавриата, программам специалитета, программам магистратуры в ФГБОУ ВО ЯГМУ Минздрава России на 2025-2026 учебный год (далее – Правила приема) и решением приемной комиссии от 29.08.2025 г. (протокол № 29) объявляется дополнительный прием на обучение на языке-посреднике (английский язык) по программе специалитета по специальности 31.05.01 «Лечебное дело» на места по договорам об оказании платных образовательных услуг (далее – договор об образовании) для лиц, поступающих на обучение на основании документа иностранного государства об образовании.
In accordance with clauses 125, 126 and section XIV "Special features of additional admission" of the Admission Rules for Higher Education educational programs - bachelor's degree programs, specialty programs, master's degree programs at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Medical Education of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the 2025-2026 academic year (hereinafter referred to as the Admission Rules) and the decision of the admissions committee dated 08/29/2025. (Protocol No. 29) additional admission to study in an intermediary language (English) under the specialty specialty program on 05/31.01 "Medical Care" is announced to places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services (hereinafter referred to as the education agreement) for persons who enroll on the basis of a foreign educational document.
В дополнительном приеме имеют право участвовать лица, поступающие на обучение на основании документа иностранного государства об образовании (далее – поступающие), как ранее подавшие заявление о приеме в Университет, но не зачисленные в Университет и другие образовательные организации в связи с тем, что не заключили договор об образовании и (или) не прошли по конкурсу, так и поступающие не подавшие ранее заявление о приеме.
Additional admission is open to persons who enroll on the basis of a foreign educational document (hereinafter referred to as applicants), as they previously applied for admission to the University, but were not enrolled in the University and other educational organizations due to the fact that they did not conclude an education agreement and (or) did not pass the applicants who have not previously applied for admission.
На этапе дополнительного приема Университет устанавливает / At the stage of additional admission, the University sets:

перечень и приоритетность вступительных испытаний в соответствии с подпунктом 2) п.156 Правил приема / the list and priority of entrance examinations in accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 156 of the Admission Rules

максимальное и минимальное количество баллов по каждые вступительные испытания в соответствии с абзацем вторым и третьим подпункта 3) п.156 Правил приема / the maximum and minimum number of points for each entrance test in accordance with the second and third paragraphs of subparagraph 3) of paragraph 156 of the Admission Rules

перечень индивидуальных достижений и количество баллов, начисляемых за индивидуальные достижения в соответствии п.45 Правил приема / a list of individual achievements and the number of points awarded for individual achievements in accordance with clause 45 of the Admission Rules
Поступающие, предоставляют в Университет заявление и документы, необходимые для поступления, в соответствии с пунктом 67 Правил / Applicants must submit to the University an application for participation in the competition and a list of documents in accordance with paragraph 67 of the Rules

Time table for admission
1) Аcceptance of applications and documents: It starts on June 20, 2025, completion - August 01, 2025

4) Conclusion of an education agreement: It starts on June 20, 2025, Completion is scheduled for August 15, 2025
5) completion of enrollment (issuance of the University Rector's order (s) on enrollment) - August 18, 2025
List of mandatory required documents
1. Identity document (s) with citizenship - copy of Passport and a notarized translation into Russian, officially legalized at the Russian Embassy in the country of issue (or have an Apostille mark). NOTE: The applicant's passport must be valid for at least 18 months (1.5 years) from the start of education.
2. Document of education - senior or secondary high school educational certificate, transcripts and supplementary materials that are officially legalized at the Russian Embassy in the country of their issue (or have an Apostille mark). These documents must be accompanied by notary certified translations into Russian (this can be done at the Russian Embassy in the country where the education documents are issued, any other notary or organization translations are not acceptable).
3. Twelve (12) photographs (3,5x4,5 cm):
● Correct photo size: the width and height of the photo should be 35 mm and 45 mm, respectively.
● Color: The photograph should be in color.
● Position of your head: The candidate's face should occupy about 50% of the photo area.
● Recentness: Photos up to 6 months old are accepted.
● Backdrop and settings: The background should be either white or some light color. The setting should not have any design or pattern.
● Facial expression: Maintain a neutral facial expression. Your mouth should be closed.
● Eyes: Wide and open. The candidate should look straight into the camera.
● Sunglasses or other wear which detracts from the face are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons
● Attire: Law enforcement uniforms are not allowed.
● Headdresses: It is forbidden to wear headgear unless it is required for religious or medical purposes.
4. A certificate of health status, together with a notarized translation into Russian, officially legalized at the Russian Embassy in the issuing country, any other notary or organization translations are not acceptable (or have an Apostille mark).
5. A list of HIV test results, together with a notarized translation into Russian, officially legalized at the Russian Embassy in the issuing country, any other notary or organization translations are not acceptable (or have an Apostille mark).
6. An application for consent to the processing of personal data.
Remember that all the documents mentioned above are mandatory, but the Admission Committee reserves the right to extend this list or to demand other documents that are nor mentioned above but that are essential for consideration of your application.
